SC200 Series Construction Hoist — Key Features
1. Cage Structure: The cage beam is the core of the cage frame. The main beam is made of 5mm thick steel plate bent into a C-shape, offering good mechanical properties and high strength. Its dimensions are 230x65x2900mm. The cage top and bottom are both 6mm thick steel plate bent components, ensuring sturdiness, safety, and durability. The counterweight of the feed door slide is concealed using bent plates.
2. Transmission Mechanism: The transmission mechanism is welded from bent components and steel plates, forming a single piece. The motor and reducer are from well-known domestic and international brands, featuring low noise, smooth starting and braking. The motor is equipped with a bracket for high stability, effectively extending the service life of the motor, reducer, and rack.
3. Cab: The cab control panel uses a well-known brand, ensuring long service life and good parts interchangeability. It is equipped with a 220V power supply. The cab roof features a double-layer protection design, equipped with an electric fan, and the sliding windows have an outer layer of protection. 4. Fall arrestor diagram: When the fall arrestor is in operation, the follower gear is driven by the rack. When the speed limit is exceeded, the centrifugal block overcomes the spring force and is thrown outward, meshing with the teeth on the inner wall of the brake cone drum. This causes the brake cone drum to rotate and screw into the housing. As the inner and outer cones tighten, the braking force gradually increases, allowing the cage to brake smoothly. Simultaneously with speed-limiting braking, the main drive power is automatically cut off, and the safety device can be reset and return to its protective state.
5. Fall arrestor device: The fall arrestor used by our company is a nationally renowned brand product. The fall arrestor is an extremely important safety device on rack and pinion construction hoists. It limits the cage’s excessive speed during descent, effectively preventing and eliminating cage fall accidents.
6. Frequency converter: The system uses a brand-name integrated dedicated frequency converter operating system.
