The SS120/120 Wire Rope Material Hoist is a cargo-only vertical transportation device manufactured by Henan Dacheng Machinery Co., Ltd., specially designed for building material transportation at construction sites. No personnel are allowed on board during operation. Driven by a winch and pulled by wire ropes, it has a rated load capacity of 1.2 tons and is mainly composed of eight key components including a base, standard sections and a cage. The cage is equipped with multiple protective structures such as a safety pull rod and an anti-falling device, boasting outstanding safety performance.
The device’s parameters are tailored to the needs of on-site construction: the cage measures 3m×1.5m×2.2m, with a basic height of 24m and a maximum lifting height of 100m, and the lifting speed is ≤24m/min. A 7.5KW Mangshan Gravity brand winch provides it with powerful driving force, and its foundation is poured with C35 concrete, ensuring high stability. In terms of technology and materials, the main structure is made of national standard steel. The door frame is manufactured with a bending process, being 3 to 5 times stronger than ordinary profiles. The whole device adopts a plastic spraying process for rust prevention, the cage floor is made of 3mm thick checkered steel plate, and the discharge turnover door is formed by integral bending, all contributing to better durability.
Each hoist undergoes a comprehensive safety test with more than 300 up-and-down runs on the test bench before delivery. In daily use, the wire rope must be replaced immediately if there is rope disorder such as burrs or broken strands. Excessive noise from the winch is mostly caused by motor rear fan deformation or brake friction, which can be resolved through simple troubleshooting. It is an efficient and safe choice for material transportation at construction sites.
