The wellway construction elevator is a gear frequency conversion controlled lifting equipment based on the elevator shaft. It is mainly used for the construction of high-rise buildings and buildings with complex shape structures, and can be lifted as the main structure rises. The wellway construction elevator is installed in the building shaft without the need to build a transportation platform, and is constructed integrally. Compared with traditional construction elevators, it has significant advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, safety, convenience, economy and environmental protection.
The cage is a fully enclosed structure welded by steel and punching plates. The cage top is connected with the transmission mechanism, and runs along the guide frame through rollers installed on the cage. The cage frame adopts a bending process with national standard steel, the cage uses a baking varnish process, and the body is safe and firm.
The standard section size is 650×650×1508mm, and other specifications are optional. The square frame is welded with international 75×50×6 angle steel. The vertical round tubes are processed by a full-automatic CNC boring machine and then welded at one time by CO₂ gas shielded welding on the standard section fixture, featuring small deformation, high welding quality, stable structure, good interchangeability, and straight guide rails, so that the whole machine has light vibration and low noise during operation.
The safety protection devices of the wellway elevator include cage top door limit switch, access cage door limit switch, upper and lower limit switches, safety anti-fall device, overload limiter device, etc., with multiple protections to ensure the safe operation of the elevator.
The anti-fall safety device is composed of gears, centrifugal speed limiting devices, cone drum brakes and other devices. When the cage is overspeeding, the centrifugal block in the safety device overcomes the spring tension to drive the brake cone drum to rotate, and the connected screw is simultaneously screwed in. The brake cone drum and the housing contact to gradually increase the friction force, ensuring that the cage is smoothly stopped on the guide frame to ensure safety.
The hoist boom is installed in the fixed hole position on the top of the cage. It is convenient and flexible for transportation, installation and disassembly, easy to operate and simple to maintain. It can conveniently lift standard sections or wall attachment frames and other components when installing or disassembling the guide frame, and the rated load capacity generally does not exceed 300KG.
The wellway elevator control panel is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is simple and clear, and convenient to operate. The safety electrical control system is composed of various safety switch devices and other control devices set in the circuit. When the elevator operation is abnormal, it will automatically cut off the elevator power supply or part of the control circuit, so that the cage stops running.

Rated Load Test for the Entire Machine: Load the elevator with the rated capacity, and operate the cage smoothly over the full test height for 150 cycles. The cage must run smoothly, with normal start-up and braking, and no abnormal noises. 4 Rated Load Fall Protection Test: Perform a fall protection test by activating the fall protection operation button. The braking distance of the hoist cage should be maintained between 0.25-1.2 meters. During the fall protection test, when the fall safety device activates, the main electrical circuit and the brake circuit should be automatically disconnected.
